Pipeline Of Light Project. Get a UB / Help Give a UB

This news again comes from another site. The Urantia Book Fellowship out of New York, USA has in place a project to get copies of the UB out to anyone who needs one, focusing on those who cannot afford their own copy. In many places of the world the price of a new hardback UB plus shipping ammounts to an entire month's wages or more. There is a study group is South America where 70 people were having to share 1 book ! We in more affluent places take such things as buying 1 book as a minute afterthought.

We all know of the extrodinary spiritual changes taking place on our world and there are millions of hungry souls seeking better information so they can understand what is going on.

The UB is the declared text of the Teaching Mission and its appearance on our world was greatly assisted by our midwayer brothers along with their direct participation is preparing Part 4.

Hundreds of UBs have already been distributed around the world and this is to be an ongoing project for as long as it is needed. Current needs for book purchase and shipping is running at $10,000 (U.S.) per year.

Contact is made through the Project though a variety of worldwide sources. The U Foundation makes every effort to sell the project new books at a discount and does the shipping seeing as they have the books at their location.

So the UB reading public is being asked to donate whatever you can to the Pipeline of Light to buy books and facilitate shipping. There is another option whereby if you have an extra copy and are willing to give it to someone who needs it, you may inform the project of this and they will send you the name and address of someone needing a copy, and you can then mail it directly to that person. I had such an extra copy last month and was provided the name of a fellow in Zambia, Africa who was requesting a copy, and sent it to him.

So if you need one yourself, or would like to help share the UB with a hungry soul who cannot afford one, then you are invited to assist the Pipeline of Light !
