Holistic Medicine In The Akashic Construct.

An Akashic Construct Participant reports – February 1, 2005.

The patient walked off the elevator, and I hugged her, and welcomed her into my Akashic Clinic. I then noticed a very tall, slim, dark figure standing to one side. He was wearing a tunic-type outfit, with a hood on his head. He was not a monk. It was difficult to see his face, but he had very dark skin, with small eyes, small nose, and mouth. He was somewhat intimidating to me, but when I asked his name, he gave a smile and a little chuckle, and said telepathically that I would not be able to pronounce it. He was not human looking. And if he was a Midwayer, he was not from Urantia.
When the woman patient was on my exam table, the hooded being stood on her left side, but a few feet away from her, and I was on her right. I wasn’t sure about what to do, thinking he would make the first move, and I would either stand by and watch, or he would tell me what my role would be.

Since he was such an unusual being, I expected him to do something dazzling! He moved closer to the table, and extended a long thin arm. In his hand, he was holding a large root! Yes, a root, as in plants. I looked at it, and my facial expression must have been priceless. Then looked at him, and asked what it was, and what I should do with it. He told me it was ‘turmeric’, and I should grind it up, mix it with ‘mineral water’, and give it to the patient to drink.
There was a blender in my clinic, so I mixed up the concoction, and gave it to her. She drank it down, and he told me she should have a cup of this every day. I have never used turmeric, and I can’t remember the last time I even heard the word, which is an important clue to me that I didn’t just throw the word in myself.
It was time to go. I said thank you and goodbye to my nameless friend, and he disappeared, then I sent the woman down the elevator. When I was out of the Akashic Construct, I opened my eyes, and received my usual time prompt, which I believe is how my friends communicate their approval of a session. I don’t get a prompt when I sometimes drift off to sleep in the Akashic Construct.

Details About the Patient.

Before I went into the Akashic Construct, I received an email from my patient telling me of her present condition. Her only kidney is working at 19% efficiency, and she’s been told she will have to be put on a transplant list in the coming years. She is resisting this, since she loves her kidney, and wants to keep it. She says she is much stronger, and feels fine, but has to be careful. It appears that she is not in immediate danger from her kidney disease, but needs help for the long term. Since she seems to be doing well at the moment, I believe this treatment was brought to our attention in order to prolong the health of her 19% kidney function. I can only pass this info on to her. I don’t think she has to drink the turmeric down with mineral water. She could probably just start adding it to her food, here and there, but I think it would be wise for her to give it a try. Prayer and turmeric may be all she needs. Actually, I just bought a little jar of turmeric for myself! It sounds good to me.

Turmeric for Kidney Ailments.

Unlike previous Akashic Construct sessions, when I could simply scoop out a tumor, or iron out spinal vertebrae—the real hands on stuff. It seems that I have recently begun working with a group of midwayers or beings, which are into holistic medicine. No more, “Abracadabra, you’re healed!” I wondered if I should just change my clinic into a kitchen.
I looked up ‘Turmeric’ and kidney disease. Wouldn’t you know it: There was a connection! Many web sites claim that Turmeric protects kidneys against inflammatory attack, and that its anti-inflammatory properties are as good as 1% Hydrocortisone and Phenylobutazone. It was recommended to take a half-teaspoon of Turmeric in a cup of juice, morning and evening, although our nameless friend said mineral water.
I also found this information: Turmeric is much more than a coloring agent. The intense yellow pigment in turmeric is called curcumin—a traditional remedy in Ayurvedic medicine, and ancient Indian healing system that dates back over 5,000 years. It has been used through the ages as an ‘herbal aspirin’ and ‘herbal cortisone’ to relieve discomfort and inflammation associated with an extraordinary spectrum of infectious and autoimmune diseases. The Indian Materia Medica (Popular Prakashan, 1976), a standard Ayurdevic reference, cites dozens of conditions in which Turmeric can be helpful as an adjunctive therapy including tissue injury or irritation, microbial infections, fevers, allergies, sinusitis, gastritis, colitis, hepatitis, kidney disease, arthritis dermatitis, phlebitis, tuberculosis and autoimmune disorders. Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent, useful for any disorder or condition that is accompanied by inflammation, as the ancient Hindi physicians recognized.
Taken orally, Turmeric inhibits the response of the body to inflammatory agents both directly and indirectly, by stimulating production of natural cortico-steroids from the adrenal glands, ‘sensitizing’ cortisone receptor sites on cells, and preventing the breakdown of cortisol. In fact, curcumin has been found to be every bit as effective as the pharmaceutical drugs cortisone and phenylbutazone in clinical trials.
I also found info on mineral water, but will spare you the details. I’ll just say it’s better than tap water for kidneys.

Thank you Redshift, and hi again Lilly,

ooops, better take that 10 minutes stretch..... ..... ..... ok done,,,

that was 'very interesting' about the tumeric....

I use it in cooking also, when I make some special Indian dishes,,,,

but I never thought about it's healing qualities....

I was very interested as I only have one kidney myself, supposedly still in good working order, but after what I read, I don't think it would hurt for me to have the occasional tumeric refresher either...

if it has such anti-inflammatory properties, it would probably do very well for my arthritis in my neck and back/spine.....

I try to use only stainless steel with it though, as it is a wicked 'stainer'

love, pp
