Hi Sandy & George
,
Will the positive suggestions on the akashic construct cd work while I am asleep? I haven’t been able to listen to the tracks lately because my headphones broke and I recently got 2 new piercings which take 3+ months to heal so I can’t wear headphones for about another 2 month anyway
. I wanted to know if I listen to it on speaker while I fall asleep will the positive suggestions still work while im sleeping?

It works well.
If you set it JUST below your hearing range, your subconscious picks it up as you sleep.
I used to write (100%) positive therapies for kids wetting beds, sucking thumbs, or biting their nails.
Their parents would switch on the tape after the kids were asleep.

So what's the secret? Why does it work?
Under waking circumstances there is an aspect of the negative (disbelief) always.
the subconscious has no such ability to reject the positive, however...
...make absolutely certain there is nothing negative on the tape or CD, because...
the subconscious has no ability to reject the negative either.

I am in the same "boat" as you, Jean. I can either sit in my "not so comfortable desk chair" and do the cd from the computer or find a comfy chair and do it from memory. Oh, almost forgot the third option... George.
The darlin has in the past led me there, himself.
But honestly, I do try not to monopolize his time though.
