Hi Everyone
I was meditating last week and saw many children and other various people....my helpers were there and I could clearly see a doctor with the old fashioned light on his forehead....he was doing something to my legs.
Received a lot of healing and am very thankful for that.
I was sitting in a specialist's rooms waiting to go in and closed my eyes. A gentle face appeared in my spiritual vision and the message that all would be well.

I could also see a vast landscape of green....and an old friend who passed away some years ago came right up close to me. He gave me some advice....don't worry!!
I meditated today and went off with no memory of anything...Just peace!!

Lilly, I am so envious of you. It sounds like you have the sort of meditation experiences that I dream of. Maybe someday. I keep trying... Or actually not exactly trying but I keep meditating in hopes of some connection. The visualization just doesn't come easy for me. Anyway, good for you!

I have been doing the AC for a couple of weeks now.
When I get to the "I am alone now" part of the meditation, I focus on my 3rd eye. At first I see nothing, just black, then suddenly after a few minutes it goes light....just as if someone turned the lightswitch on!
Then I get various images of scenes that seem random, but real....almost like snapshot photos of people, places and things. It's not my imagination doing it, they just appear by themselves like its a slideshow...all of them are new to me so its not from my memory.
It's amazing.
I'm just going to keep doing it and see what develops.

I know from your past posts that you have a great sense of humour, so could you please explain? So that I can... errmmmm.... laugh along with? (and maybe not have the "willies? lol.)

Sorry about the "willies" -- troubling if they become chronic -- requiring surgery.

First time I met up with Midwayers in the fore-runner of the Akashic Construct I mistook them (3 of them) for lost souls of humans.

It took much time for me to see them as guides.

Most of their overtures to work with us come to nix.

Yesterday I spoke out loud to the midwayers saying that I was going to write down on paper, every occurance of a number prompt I saw because I was interested to know how many times a day this was happening.
.....and at the end of the day I had been prompted 11 times!

Also, a few days ago, I informed the midwayers by speaking out loud that I was going to embarck on the Akashic Construct with intent to contact them in my meditations.
I do believe this works because things are starting to happen.

I keep saying "OK, I am seeing the prompts, let's take this to the next level, I'm ready", but nothing happens. I got my AC CD yesterday, so I am hoping something will start happening soon. For so long I've been a bit scared of going further, now I am impatient !!!
