Laying in a bed of flowers

I went to the AC. I had been unusually stressed today and I thought it would do me good to go there. My celestial came to me and told me to sit down. I didn't mention my stress level to him,but he mentioned it to me. He said that I needed to go with him.I was then outside. He showed me a field of flowers and said that I needed to go and lay amonst them.He told me that there were no insects or thorns and that the flowers would feel soft to the touch.

I layed down in the flowers and was told to breathe in the aroma. He told me that the softness and beauty along with the smells that were released from them would calm me. I remember looking up and seeing all the colors much like a kaleidescope surrounding me as I lie there.

And I did feel very calm during this and afterward since being in the AC.

I will remember this in the future when I get to that high stress level that I tend to visit way too often !

One other thing, after coming out of AC, I was reminded of the flower essences that they sell in health stores for stress. I never gave them much thought until night. Maybe there is more to them that I have previous thought.
