Up and down cant seem to find equilibrium

Question on meditating

I find it difficult for me to meditate and every time I seem to make progress I seem to lose it all shortly after and find myself starting over again. Does anyone else have this problem or any advice for it? It might just be me... any help would be appreciated.

Hi

Have you tried using the Akashic Contruct CD...? there is also a link on here somewhere that explains how to practice stillness... it takes practice for some, i am terrible at meditating i am fidgety and find it very difficult to quieten my mind.... all i can say is keep at it...

Thank you for your post! Yes, I have the AC CD; I guess I will just have to keep trying. I just wish I could figure out why things go up and down so much, one-week progress, and then others none.

Don't let yourself get frustrated, it sometimes seems like we aren't making progress but we are, sometimes it may take a little bit to catch up to us.

Like most things, the more we do it the better we become.
