Little message

Well, I've been letting the AC alone, because it always felt like it was 'empty' when I was in there....and I felt useless....

so I've just been practising stillness and breathing... alot ....

yesterday I got about 4 prompts, and would stop what I was doing, and just breathe and keep my mind as still as possible,,,,

at the last prompt,,,,I started imagining that I was with Father Michael and Mother Nebadonia,,,and talking to them....just enjoying being with them...but it wasn't vibrant,,,,sort of off in the mist,,,,,not really hearing them,,,,but being aware of their presence, however dimly...

when I heard (other than my own thinking/imagining)...

"Be open to what is"......

so now when I stop whatever,,,,and do some focused breathing,,,,I'm thinking those words...

Don't feel useless, but I understand what you are feeling. I had those moments where it felt empty or is it just my imagination working well.

Then I relaxed and let what ever happen,happen. When things just pop in without my doing..I am like awesome!

I am happy for you PP,that it is comming along.

The message " Be open to what is",,,takes a different meaning and experience, everytime I sit in stillness,,and let it happen...

actually,,,every moment the phrase comes to mind,,,,it's like a trigger, and I feel transformation taking place,,,,within and without...

Our Dear Miss PP,

You are more help then you can ever know and not at all ever useless and don't you forget it. There are many, many on the board who have been blessed by you. Even when we can't see it we do make a difference. In the minimum though your personal message is one we can all take into consideration so it was indeed gracious of you to share it with us. I will try to tell myself that also cause I think I can be a little scardy butt from time to time.

Oh PP.. "Be open to what is." There is so much said in that short phrase. You could meditate on it for years and still not come to all within those 5 words....Thank you for sharing.

Oh My Sandy, you should have seen me as a kid. I was scared of everyone and everything but I was also the little engine that could. I wanted to try even if I was scared and I actually have my Dad to thank for encouraging me without being to pushy so now I do try to face anything that frightens me but I do have to admit that I think I can't see all the cool stuff a lot of others have seen cause I am a scardy butt. Maybe I will again one day but I am not too worried about it.

Hey Michelle,

You are beautiful lady exactly the way you are...changing the world one person at a time...Now that's progress!

This is a great attitude..well not necessarilly the "scardy butt' thing...but you know what I mean.

I think I can't see all the cool stuff a lot of others have seen cause I am a scardy butt. Maybe I will again one day but I am not too worried about it.

That's a good way of looking at it...when and if it happens it happens, in the mean time, isn't life grande!
