Does the AC bring out memories that may not be the greatest. I do feel it was a way of healing me, but it did upset me. I am getting it back together but I did back off from meditation.

To the people who have just joined or is lurking,this is personal ,something from within. The AC-cd is a great tool!

Good morning Shera,

I believe this is a part of releasing. A large part of our 're-awakening' is learning forgiveness.

It happened to me. It will cease. Please try and keep yourself positive, keep in mind what it is you are striving for and Who is behind it..someone that loves us very very much...

Is a relief that I am not the only one who has gone and is going threw it.

and perhaps the AC is an excellent place for you...

where else can you feel so secure to 'let it surface and let it go"???

One thought that I hung onto during this time is that when we are going through our re-awakenings there are many Loves around helping us during this special time. I also realized during this time just how much our All Loving Creator is involved in our lives and just how loving our Parent is.....

Hello Heather,

Yes, I can attest to these experiences. Sometimes I release so much its amazing and than some more will bubble up. These are fears, blocks and even learning lessons. So, take a break and give yourself a chance to regroup, I look at it like this, I'm 51 yrs old and have experienced a mountain of negative happenings. So, I'm sure it will take sometime to rid myself of at least the majority of them

Just make sure and live in the Present Moment and be aware of what your feeling. Don't suppress what you need to be aware of but once you are let it go and just 'be' in the moment. Its when we dwell and try to rationalize it that we get caught up in that memory. IMO, I think its great to have those joyous memories and experience them for a little energy boost.
