Level of Alpha in Akashic Construct

Hey guys

Just wondering what the "average" level of alpha is for when you are in your akashic workshop? (measured with your barometer) I aim for eleven or twelve, but usually get nine.

Eleven or twelve is actually a little high. Eight and nine is good...what you shoot for.
