Well..I had to try all three at once,and I did get some results.

I know it will only get better..I'll keep it short for now,I did a healing for my friend and her daughter,and I seen an orb of light! It was amazing.

A question? how does your body feel as soon as you are on your own?

The experince was awesome. thanks!

I will also practice it one step at a time,to get better.

Well, the deeper I get the less I feel my extremeties. When I really get deep my body will sense what's going on during the meditation. Say if I "travel" I sometimes sense the motions physically, like when floating down through the colors...I get that falling feeling in my stomach.

Between 1972 and 2000 I trained about 80 Akashic Construct Participants face to face in Australia.

one at a time.

There was no message board then, of course, and I lost touch with all of them, but there were some powerful healers among them. . . one young lady, totally blind, was one of the best ever.

With the CD "we lit a Flame, and it will become a Raging Fire" -- one healer/receiver at a time.

I will mention,my body felt like it was jerking/vibrating. I wasn't scared but it was all WOW to me.

ALSO..when I checked the time after I was done,it was 11:08.

I'm looking forward to the month to pass...LOL!

After the new info on Orbs,I am curious to what the orbs significance could have been while I was meditating? Healing help being sent to me?

I still havn't tried the 3rd yet...I am behind a bit on the 1st and second.Well....I was beginning to try the 3rd..my dog started to gag(he was fine) and the phone rang..lol So I was like..ok...wait Heather.

After the info read in the latest postings about orbs, I would guess that maybe someone was checking on your progress...?

When I first started meditating I experienced different "light phenomena", a few happened to be with orbs.

Are you seeing them with your eyes closed or open..both ?

at least thats the part I'm trying to get jump started. I imagine if I would practice everyday and miss no AC visits I would be very capable. You will do great just dont forget to meditate (sounds like a good saying for something

).
