Dear All,
Not too much happenings in the way of meditation as of late.
When going into 'Stillness' I have usually gotten ringing in my ears.
Starts in left ear but is audible in the right ear as well.
My arms and legs seem to dissappear, meaning I lose all conscience feelings that they are there.
Sometimes a light vibration over whole body, starting with the Base/Root Chakra and then the vibration envelopes the whole body.
Then I seem to slip back and forth in and out of conscienceness.
After stillness for a while, I am playing Track #1, and #2 of the AC/CD.
I have not had 'First Contact' yet, but seem to feel physically great after meditating for 1/2 hour, sometimes a whole hour.
Still need to switch from meditation in the evening to a much more early morning routine.
But, alas, I am not looking forward to getting up @ 5:55am. LOL.
This means I have to get to bed by 10:30pm.
I love staying up until Midnight.
Guess I'll have to fight it out with myself.
Just wishing there was 48 hours to each day, not just 24.
I am still feeling like a 12 year old as all of this is still so new and exciting.
I'll post more when I can.

Hi Greg,,,,
Don't worry, it's all sounding good,,,

Tracks 1 and 2 are the tracks which just help us get to the right Alpha level,,,,when you've done those enough so you can easily get there, you might not need to listen to either of them before you go on to Track 3 the AC Track....

When I want to do the AC track only, I sit quietly and just go through Track 1 or 2 in my mind. I can feel myself falling gently into that space, then I just reach over and hit the CD play, and track 3 comes on taking me into the AC....

George also says that in your "quiet space in nature", is where you design your AC rooms,,,,,so when you put on the AC tape, your rooms are ready.

Once you have imagined your AC rooms to be just like you want them, and you turn on Track 3, you know exactly where you're going, because you designed it....

In the CD, track 3, he also says to 'set your intention' what you want to do in the AC whether it's to meet with a Celestial, or do healing, just set your intention first.... he guides you through it very nicely....

This is most likely where you will have 'first contact',,,,

afterwards, when you're experienced at it, I'm sure you'd be able to do the same thing just going into stillness,,,,,

but the AC is a training ground for us.....so use it many many times....

George even says that sometimes he uses the AC Tape again....

don't worry bro, you're doing great....take your time, and do it thoroughly,

Because of our lightbodies increase in energy, manifestation will be much faster in 2008,,,,

so good luck in contacting your old friend....as long as the doors open, she'll probably walk through one day...

The sensations you are having in meditation all sound pretty familiar. The high-pitched tone is supposedly a downloading of information to be used later, I too received a shove after asking an obvious question about a certain direction I should be taking. Keep up the good work!

It sounds like your meditations are all right on track. No pun intended. One thing I like to remind everyone is that sometimes contact will not always be preductive. There my be lulls for several days, so don't get discouraged if it happens to you. I don't think it's because we're doing anything wrong but maybe because our brains are working on something else at the time.

Dear Sherax,
It sounds like your friend is scared out of her wits and is despertely trying to make a connection with God. You cannot go against her free will but you can send her loving healing thoughts. Maybe you can ask that if she really does need a friend in this, that her guides can convey a message for her to reach out.

If you think about it, how easy is it to tell someone that you might be dying? She's probably frightened, angry, and stunned all at the same time. I honestly don't believe this is the time for a person to go it alone. Staying positive, believing that she will indeed beat this, is very hard without support. Sometimes even though they're giving off all the signals and keeping others away, they are desperately wanting someone they can ask the hard questions. Is there a God? When I die will my spirit live on? Will someone be there to meet me? Will it hurt? What comes next?

Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I have received my most spiritual of gifts while sharing someone's death with them. I can tell you she has so many angels around her right now just waiting for her to let them help her, no matter the outcome. I felt the need to send healing thoughts to her myself.

can you sit, for 15 minutes, in deep silence, without falling over????

or your head bobbing down, and snapping back up?????

do you have body control, while your mind goes elsewhere????

Sometimes I get a lil fusturated too,when I was in labour with Makayla,I was meditating and getting to a good state with it.lol Latley,hasn't been as easy....been working on clearing my head.

Really I think its the first level or two I can get to and thats it. Level two needs more work. Patient Heather...be patient! I want it to happen at once...LOL!

Setting a time is a good thing, so if it can be after you send M to school that would be good, you'd be awake, and not so likely to topple over...

Dear All,
Last night I definately had a real distinct Ring In Just The Left Ear Only.
This was immediately followed by a 5-Second 'weird buzzing'.
To describe it further, it sounded like electronic noises similar to the sound one would hear on a fax machine or computer modem.
It was as if I received a 'High Speed Internet Download' into my head.
I didn't feel any uneasiness and was quite intrigued as to what the message was.
I hope next time it gets slowed down so that I can distinguish exactly what is being related/transferred.
If anything else, this was definately COOL.

I was just trying to explain to my sister the crazy vibrations that my body does just as I am entering Track 2. It is unbelievable!! You described it pretty well! I felt like I was lying on a high powered electric fence with all my extremities and then I felt like I was hovering off the bed while vibrating. It was cool!

I startle out of track 2 at the sound of George's voice and it happens every time. I was just starting to listen to a speech (during meditation) by a man that looked like Winston Churchill and then George's voice came on to wake me up. POOF...everything was gone. Oh well...hopefully I'll be able to get there quicker. I used to and have just gotten back into it.

It has yet to slow down for me, I will say that you are receiving and the messages are getting through. THe more you meditate and practice stillness the keener you will become.

When I am aware of "incoming" I will hear a high pitch electronic type wave then accompanied by morse code-type clicks or taps...almost like a chipmunk chatter.

If I only got this feeling and nothing else from meditation, this would be just fine for me, but I know TOO MUCH from reading George's books and finding this website.

what a great experiance greg, i hope i can get to that thru meditation. ive been trying for a few days but i think im just falling asleep-lol i must have to try at a diffrent time, when im not tired. i read a website for meditating for beginners so im gonna try that to i really think that meditating is going to be very healthy for me in many diffrent ways-wish me luck.

The Akashic Construct was recorded in Idaho, and while I was recording, the professional at the control of all that classy gear became evermore restless. I had to ignore his signals. I was determined to "put it all together" without hesitation.

That was track 3 BTW.

When it was all done, there was about an inch left on the tape, maybe just a fraction more.

Hi George and everyone,,,

I had much the same experience with track 3,,,,

I apparently was taking too long to get where I needed to be,,,,and it would seem that I'd get right into it,,,when Georges voice would come back on,,,,,and startle me....

after awhile I got into the habit of having the pause button quite handy,,,and when I knew it was time to 'go' I'd just push the pause button, and carry on.....sometimes I would just fall into sleep,,,but other times I would come back and notice afterwards that almost an hr had gone by....then I'd push the pause button and leave the AC with Georges instructions....

I felt better that way than getting jolted out of my AC,,,,and couldn't get back immediately to leave properly.......other times I've been able to go back.....

but it figures that when George was taping it....the celestials I'm sure kept him there down to that last inch.....nothing wasted there..
