What it means when you find feathers?

I have recently found a feather in my car and when i mentioned it to a friend she said my angels left it for me, then 4 days later found another on my door step.
So if angels leave feathers for us, what does it mean? Are they trying to tell me something?

Hi Grant,
In a way it is hard to definitively answer your question because Angel feathers and their meaning are rather personal and have very much to do with what is happening with you in the moment. You can ask yourself some questions, though, that may help... questions such as, “ What was going on in my life at the time? What was I thinking about? How was I feeling?” Often times these “little wonders” show up just when we need a boost of confidence and encouragement, when we need to know that we are loved and appreciated. Our angels love us unconditionally, more then we can imagine and that feeling can often be transferred to us via these gifts.
