Interactive Reality Creation – by Melissa Joy Jonsson
I think this is one of my personal favorite article/posts I've read in a long time. It is similar in direction to my essay "Plateau" but Melissa has a greater intelligence in the area of quantum mechanics and uses it sublimely. In a sense the heart of this piece resides in these two excer...

That's a great post, Robert. I still like the BeeGees much to the embarassment of all my musician friends. I've got to do some chores this morning but will watch all of those later today.

Oh my God, I was just pm-ing Sandy today that I used to hate chocolate what with all the rubbish they put in it now, and opt for organic 70% cocoa, and the various funky Lindt flavours, also 70% cocoa content and I only have it medicinally. Like good ground coffee when I get run down... MMMmmmmedic...

Freely vs. Free — by Thuy Nguyen
The deeper truths that reside within us sometimes surface when we least expect it. Thuy Nguyen was a little more than taken off guard when a woman in her donation-based acupuncture session asked her why she gave away her work for free. Was she trying to fix a "broken world"? She didn't kn...

3 Quick Steps to Mindfulness — by Peter O’Donoghue
This is a superb look at the running dialog that occupies our minds, sometimes called roof-brain chatter. For years my focus was to still that voice. In order to do so I learned that it is almost always a manifestation of the unconscious defenses we hold in our 'guts'. :duh 3 Quick Steps to Mindful...

So What's Not to Like?
On Earth there are currently a great number of people who cringe at the mention of the G-word. Mention God and you can see the emotional armoring of cynicism slam into place at near light speed. Their eyes glaze with disdain and the heavy weaponry of condescension is targeted on the unfortunate sou...

This is an beautifully expressed thought that resonates with with feeling. The article in a way is for women but the essential message is applicable to men so go for it anyway guys. I love the subheading, "Be Less Sperm, More Egg". :) http://www.positivelypositive.com/2014/05/22/to-do-or-...

Re: Staying In Your Own Business — by Byron Katie
Thanks Welles. I see what the author is saying but it seems in many ways we are all intertwined. I'm not sure it is as simple as the article intimates and even should it be? I can honestly say that there have been times someone has gotten into my business and it has benefitted me greatly. But maybe...

This is pretty interesting. I've known for a long time that there are a number of ways people begin their spiritual awakening. Mine was cataclysmic. If you are lucky your's may have been gentler. Here's an interesting list. Keep in mind that while we may start our journey from one of these 'Stages'...
