Recently The University of Florida has had several attacks against women all by what is believed to be the same suspect, and all in a relatively short period of time. Please pray that they catch the guy and soon so we can all sleep a little easier.

Does a 443 prompt mean anything specific to anyone? I get this occasionally out of the blue in addition to the 11:11 prompt. The number doesn’t mean anything to me specifically and I don’t think it’s a personal prompt.

Do you think dream journaling would be of any benifit? Not when it comes to communication but would it help with processing pent up feelings maybe? I find I hold on to things and I've been looking for ways to facilitate letting go.
