11's, 3's, 4's and 5's- all the time, everywhere. Meditation is still hard for me, even after much practice. I do see shilhouettes and colors, nothing alpha. George said that in the beginning he smoked, and when he quit contact came much easier. Think I will follow suit. How bout this crazy weather....
