prayers for Jonas

My daughter's father lies gravely ill on life support in ICU in Stockholm. My daughter has been sat by his bedside for three days grabbing the rare occasional wink of sleep. She's like a "little girl lost" in her grief. This has been completely unexpected and shocking, the prognosis is not...

Re: Prayers for our George

 I'm so sorry to be late in wishing George a speedy recovery. He sounds as though he's making fantastic progress, and the team of experts are doing a very good job. Sandy, it's very stressful and you need to take care of yourself too remember! :love So make sure while he's being cared for in ...

Prayers for Nick

:hithere This is where I come when I'm struggling with a problem, and needing a prayer. My youngest sister, Nick, is going through a nasty divorce...she's very hurt, deeply saddened and anxious. Think "War of the Roses", and you've got the picture! She has a seven year old son who's overwh...

Re: Prayers for Hostages in Sydney

Been closely watching events unfold - in shock and disbelief. Prayers for the victims and those involved. They were so brave - the hostages, the Police - they handled it incredibly well given the situation. I'm amazed they saved so many. Love to you Sandy, George, Geoff - this must shake Australia t...

:hithere I am so humbled and grateful for your prayers. :love Laila is a fighter as she's making visible signs of improvement little by little. She's still a "wonky donkey" but is much more "with it", co-ordinated, albeit walking sideways crabbish style, with her tail wagging, a ...

:hithere  Sandy, thank you so much for putting this on the prayer list. The fires are still on the move, but family are safe and returning soon to their properties. Jonas's forest was saved, as was Eva's house...but it was touch and go for quite some time. We heard from them today and the news...

How traumatic for those involved. Prayers and thoughts to the victims, especially Ariel and gentle healing for those injuries, more so for her emotional/psychological impact. May she have lots of support and gentle caring and love from all those around. :love :loves Anya

Hey Cassandra...how's this for serendipity. I am copying a link I read on kidney stones which is quite fascinating to read. Apparently, they are becoming more common and are possibly linked to global warming  I hope Alan is fairing well at the moment. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/07/1...

Hia Petra, I wasn't sure what palm tree stingers were so I looked them up, and apparently first aid seems to be douse in vinegar - but you're past that now. Brill news that Phil's hand is on the mend! Yes lavender is a good disinfectant for cleaning, but tea tree would be better as an anti-inflammat...

Sun at peak of 11 year cycle

I wonder if anyone has felt 'out of sorts' more especially of late. I do, and I'm not sure whether its from reading the news or from being around people who are going through difficult challenges. A friend and I were talking about the effects of solar flares on human behaviour and mood, and how pres...
