Thanks for the replies and warm welcome. I teach ESL for call center agents. We focus on: grammar, phonetics, semantics and rhetoric. As a Spanish student for many years, I always appreciated when someone took the time to teach me how to speak well. It has opened many doors. as they say in Costa Ric...
