I've had the 11:11 phenomenon since before 9:11. At that time I only noticed it on my clock. I just thought it was a funny coincidence. I never know anything about the number 11. It seemed to drop off for a while and now it's stronger than ever. I see 11 or multiples of 11 all of the time. I see it ...
