I agree with not trying to make too much out of the numbers,I usally feel a difference with a prompt and just having a glance to see what time it is. I feel it could become obsessive if not careful.

When you get 11:22,11:33,11:44 and even 11:55...are these prompts?(12:22 as well)

Does it have to be 2:22,3:33....etc. I get both but I seem to be getting alot in the 11's and 7's as well.

It is sooooo hard to meditate here,always active .I either have my puppy at my door with his lil nose snuffing under my door or people constanlty making noise.lol I have to laugh tho.

Mentioning street lights..my man doesn't get time prompts but for some time street lights go out when he is driving under them? How should I explaine this correct to him? I did mention angels to him and to say hello.

He is receptive to this sort of thing.
