I'm not totally sure, I would say that the deepness of the meditations is not a direct cause of the vibrations. THe way I look at things is that usually during meditations or prayer we `ask' for things or converse with God (we talk to Him)....when we `get our answers' (when he talks to us) sometime...

This has been happening a few times after meditation,after I go to bed and I am only sleeping for a short time. I become aware and I begin to viberate very intense,this is while sleeping. (During meditation I had asked some personal questions.) They were answered but of course I cannot remember most...

I also used to get fusterated if I didn't have a good meditation,having a hard time being still. I just told myself thats ok,take what you can get. Sometimes I just sit on my bed and clear my head before I start the cd.For myself...I make sure I don't watch anything neg that will stick in there! heh...

Well I will be parroting Gypsie somewhat.but :) As soon as I relaxed and put it all in God's hands,I put all my trust in him. When I am ready it will come ,all in steps and it is.
